1. Agreement to Terms

These Stremzi Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding legal agreement between you (“User,” “Subscriber,” “you”) and Stremzi (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing, registering for, or using Stremzi’s IPTV streaming services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use Stremzi services. By creating an account, completing payment, or activating a free trial, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide, including users in the European Union, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, and 160+ other countries where Stremzi services are available.

2. Service Description

Stremzi is an IPTV streaming service that provides subscribers with access to live television channels, video-on-demand content, sports broadcasts, and multimedia entertainment through internet-connected devices.

2.1 What Stremzi Provides

  • Live TV channels across sports, entertainment, news, movies, kids, and music categories
  • Video-on-demand library with movies and TV series
  • Multi-device streaming on Smart TV, Firestick, MAG Box, iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and web browsers
  • 24/7 customer support via email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and live chat
  • Compatibility with major IPTV applications including IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, and GSE Smart IPTV

2.2 Service Availability

  • Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a 99.9% uptime guarantee
  • Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible via email and on stremzi.com
  • Stremzi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service feature with reasonable notice
  • Service availability may be affected by your internet connection, ISP restrictions, geographic location, and device capabilities

2.3 Service Limitations

Stremzi does not guarantee that specific channels, content, or features will be available indefinitely. Channel lineups, video quality, and content libraries may change due to licensing agreements, technical limitations, or business decisions.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create a Stremzi account, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
  • Have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
  • Not be barred from using Stremzi under applicable laws or sanctions
  • Not have had a previous Stremzi account terminated for violations

Stremzi reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

3.2 Account Creation

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information including a valid email address
  • Update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and credentials
  • Not share your account with anyone or transfer it to another person
  • Use only one account per person (multiple accounts may be merged or terminated)

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Choose a strong, unique password (minimum 8 characters with mixed case and numbers)
  • Enable two-factor authentication when available
  • Notify Stremzi immediately at support@stremzi.com if you suspect unauthorized access
  • Log out from shared or public devices after each session
  • Not share your M3U URL, Xtream Codes credentials, or login details with anyone

Stremzi is not liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized charges arising from your failure to safeguard account credentials.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Pricing and Subscription Plans

Stremzi offers multiple subscription tiers (Standard and Premium) with billing cycles ranging from 24-hour trials to 2-year plans. Current pricing is published on our pricing page.

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
  • Local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may apply based on your jurisdiction
  • Promotional pricing and discounts apply only as specifically stated
  • Stremzi reserves the right to modify pricing for new subscriptions at any time
  • Existing subscribers receive at least 30 days notice of price changes affecting their plan

4.2 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, BitPay)
  • Stremzi does not store raw payment card information on its servers
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Revolut, CashApp, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Binance Pay
  • Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain

4.3 Billing and Renewal

  • Stremzi operates on a one-time payment model — there are no automatic recurring charges
  • Your subscription is active for the term you purchased (24 hours, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years)
  • To continue service after expiration, you must purchase a new subscription
  • Failed or disputed payments may result in immediate service suspension

4.4 Free Trial

  • Stremzi offers a 24-hour free trial with full service access
  • No credit card or payment information is required to activate the trial
  • One trial per user, per email, per IP address
  • Stremzi reserves the right to deny trials to users who attempt to abuse this offer

5. Refund Policy

Stremzi offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Email refund requests to support@stremzi.com with your order details
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Cryptocurrency payments are refunded at the BTC/ETH/coin equivalent at refund time, not the purchase price
  • Trial accounts and accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials, M3U URL, or Xtream Codes with any other person
  • Resell, redistribute, sub-license, or commercially exploit Stremzi services without an authorized reseller agreement
  • Use Stremzi for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or AI tools to access the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify Stremzi software, applications, or stream URLs
  • Record, capture, or rebroadcast Stremzi streams to third parties
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any malicious code to Stremzi systems
  • Harass, abuse, or harm Stremzi staff, contractors, or other users
  • Falsify your identity, payment details, or contact information
  • Use Stremzi services in jurisdictions where IPTV is prohibited by law
  • Bypass geo-restrictions imposed by content licensing requirements
  • Engage in account-sharing arrangements that exceed your subscribed device limit

6.2 Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund
  • Permanent banning from Stremzi services
  • Legal action under applicable laws
  • Reporting to relevant authorities for criminal violations
  • Liability for damages caused to Stremzi or third parties

7. Content, Intellectual Property, and License

7.1 Stremzi’s Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and data on the Stremzi platform are owned by Stremzi or our content licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and patent law.

The Stremzi name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks. You may not use them without prior written consent.

7.2 Limited User License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Stremzi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and stream Stremzi content for personal, non-commercial use
  • Use Stremzi services on your authorized devices
  • Stream content during the active period of your subscription

This license does not grant you rights to:

  • Download, copy, record, or save Stremzi content (except where explicitly enabled)
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from Stremzi content
  • Use Stremzi content for commercial purposes such as public screenings or rebroadcasts
  • Sublicense, rent, lease, or sell access to Stremzi content

7.3 Third-Party Content

Stremzi distributes content licensed from third-party providers. Channel availability and content libraries are subject to licensing agreements that may change without notice. Stremzi does not host or own pirated content. Any infringing content reported via DMCA is removed within 24 hours.

8. Device Limitations and Concurrent Streaming

8.1 Device Limits

Stremzi subscriptions support a specific number of concurrent streams based on your plan:

  • 1-device plans: 1 simultaneous stream
  • 2-device plans: 2 simultaneous streams
  • 3-device plans: 3 simultaneous streams
  • 4-device plans: 4 simultaneous streams
  • 5-device plans: 5 simultaneous streams

8.2 Device Tracking

Stremzi tracks device connections to prevent fraud and abuse. Excessive device switching, IP changes, or signs of credential sharing may result in:

  • Temporary stream restrictions
  • Account verification requirements
  • Permanent device-binding to your registered devices
  • Account suspension in cases of clear abuse

You may switch devices within your plan limit, but rapid switching across distant geographic locations may trigger automated security restrictions.

9. Service Modifications, Suspension, and Termination

9.1 Termination by Stremzi

Stremzi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Fraudulent payment or chargeback activity
  • Account credential sharing or unauthorized resale
  • Abusive, threatening, or harmful behavior toward staff or other users
  • Court order, legal demand, or regulatory requirement
  • Extended account inactivity (24+ months)
  • Failure to pay outstanding fees

Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

9.2 Termination by You

You may stop using Stremzi services at any time. Since Stremzi operates on a one-time payment model, simply do not renew your subscription. To request immediate account closure and data deletion, contact privacy@stremzi.com — see our Privacy Policy for details.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to Stremzi services ends immediately
  • All licenses granted to you are revoked
  • Outstanding refund requests will be processed per our Refund Policy
  • Personal data will be retained or deleted as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Sections of these Terms that should survive termination (intellectual property, liability, dispute resolution) remain in effect

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service Provided “As Is”

Stremzi services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stremzi disclaims all warranties including:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Warranties regarding specific channels, content, or features
  • Warranties of compatibility with any specific device or software
  • Warranties regarding accuracy of content metadata or schedules

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stremzi, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the amount you paid Stremzi in the 12 months prior to the claim
  • Damages caused by third-party services, ISPs, or device manufacturers
  • Damages from service interruptions, content unavailability, or technical issues

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10.3 Force Majeure

Stremzi is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, cyberattacks, government actions, or major internet infrastructure failures.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stremzi, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your misuse of Stremzi services
  • Your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property rights
  • Content you upload, transmit, or share through Stremzi
  • Your negligent or wrongful acts

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial laws, with disputes resolved per the procedures in Section 12.2 below. Where required by local law, consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at legal@stremzi.com to seek an informal resolution. If informal resolution fails:

  • Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body
  • You waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions
  • The arbitration will be conducted in English unless both parties agree otherwise
  • Each party bears its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise

12.3 Exceptions

This arbitration clause does not apply to:

  • Small claims court proceedings within applicable jurisdictional limits
  • Injunctive relief for intellectual property infringement
  • Claims that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law
  • EU consumers protected by mandatory consumer law

13. Changes to These Terms

Stremzi may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes:

  • We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document
  • We will notify registered users via email at least 30 days before changes take effect for material changes
  • We will display a prominent notice on stremzi.com
  • For significant changes affecting your rights, we may request renewed acceptance

Continued use of Stremzi services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and may request a refund per our Refund Policy if within the 7-day window.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy, and DMCA Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Stremzi regarding the service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

14.3 No Waiver

Failure by Stremzi to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without Stremzi’s written consent. Stremzi may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

14.5 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms create no rights for third parties not signatory to this agreement, except where explicitly stated.

14.6 Headings

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation of the Terms.
